WELDED WIRE MESH

Welded wire mesh is mechanically made by spot welding at each intersection of cross and long wires. The gaps created by these effects are either square or rectangular in shape. The use of welded mesh is comprehensive in nature and it is being used from simple sieves to high security fencing. Unlike chain link fence, weld mesh fence is a rigid structure, but weld mesh fence requires minimum customized fixtures (clamps) to get installed with help of nut and bolts.

Weld mesh fence when installed as panels can be bent in 'V' shape to enhance the lateral strength. Fence designs are simple enough not to do any onsite fabrication work. J & S FENCE INDUSTRIES S is capable to design and manufacture various styles of weld mesh fence. Coating can be hot dipped galvanized (before and after), and top coat can be PPC (Polyester powder coated) or PVC (Poly vinyl coated). With an inhouse fabrication team, we are able to provide best solution for weld mesh fence systems. A continuous approach of taking feedback from customer is taken while executing the orders so that there are no complaints about our products and services.

In order to enhance security of the systems, Weld mesh fence can be topped with concertina razor wire coils and/or barbed wires. If the height of the fence is too high, two or more panels can be joined together in order to attain specific height.

Anti climb system (12.7×76.2mm mesh size) are advised for high security zones such as prisons, nuclear facilities, cordoning off of important areas within premises. For warehouses, schools, gardens, bungalows etc. bigger mesh sizes with upto 5mm wire diameter are advised. Wall tops for factories, residences, societies, farmhouses, etc.
